Sculk sensors are activated upon destroying wool with the "setblock destroy" command

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are activated upon destroying wool with the "setblock destroy" command.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place a sculk sensor.
• Place a block of wool nearby.
• Stand on top of the wool block and run the following command:

/setblock ~ ~-1 ~ air destroy

→  Notice how when the wool is destroyed with the "setblock destroy" command, a vibration is produced.

Additional Information:

Breaking a wool block using physical action doesn't produce a vibration so using the "setblock destroy" command shouldn't either. I've attached a video which demonstrates this problem.
