Sculk sensors are not activated upon throwing a projectile and moving downwards while flying in creative mode at the same time

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon throwing a projectile and moving downwards while flying in creative mode at the same time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a sculk sensor high up in the air.
2. Move downwards while flying in creative mode and throw a projectile at the same time.
3. Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon throwing a projectile and moving downwards while flying in creative mode at the same time.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors aren't activated.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated.
