Unlocking the crafting recipes for dyed candles is inconsistent

The Bug
You can only unlock the dyed variations of candles by getting the dye. This is inconsistent with Terracotta, Glass & Glass Panes which allow you to get all the dyed variations by getting the base block.

Reproduce

• Open a new world
• Get a undyed candle
  Notice that you don't get any of the dyed variations unlocked
• Get Terracotta, Glass or Glass Pane
  Notice you get all the dyed variations unlocked
