Dispenser facing down with flint and steel, next to obsidian causing a server crash

If you place dispenser (like on the picture) with flint and steel inside, next to obsidian, on redstone activation it crashes Minecraft client/server. Also tested on 1.16.4 server running on Linux, crashing occurs there too.
