Buffet world types allow invalid liquid states

For some reason water lakes are allowed to spawn in the basalt deltas biome, sometimes spawning touching lava without obsidianizing it. This can be found by selecting "Single Biome", and choosing "Basalt Deltas". Look around for a bit and you will find adjacent liquids.
