Game crashes after setting obsidian on fire using dispenser upside-down

How to reproduce: Build a structure as shown in the screenshot, insert flint and steel and activate the dispenser.

What actually happens: Minecraft crashes with IllegalStateException: Unable to get CCW facing of down
