Buggy village, white cows, weird farm spawns, strange items in chest

just a very strange village, doesnt make a whole lot of sense. includes a few things that I dont think are intended in the game. Opened the seed in hardcore if that matters. later added more cows on different seed and another seed with a boat generated in land lol
