Signs cannot be written on if in your off-hand slot

While this is a good way of placing signs for holding water, etc, I'm pretty sure it's a bug.

If you hold a sign in your off hand slot and use the sign, it doesn't let you write anything on the sign. The sign GUI appears and immediately disappears.
