minecraft keeps flashing help!!!!!

What I expected to happen was...:
i thought it would be nice and smooth

What actually happened was...:
minecraft spazes out and every thing keeps flashing i dont know why

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fly around
2. starts flashing
3. and only in singleplayer or multiplayer
