issue with swedish locale

When launching the game from new launcher (1.0.8) there are issues with swedish locales in chat (å ä ö).

For 1.5.2 it's not possible to type those characters when playing in fullscreen. Windowed mode is ok.

For 1.6.1 it's not possible to type them in the chat at all.
