Holding 7 books filled with text kicks the player from a server.

I created 7 books filled with this Unicode character: `᰻` (1023 per page). When I put the books in 7 seperate slots, then opened a contrainer, I was. kicked with this message: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of 2158493 is larger than protocol maximum of 2097152. Trying to relog kicks me again. If the total amount of books in my inventory and a container is 7 or more, opening it will kick me temporarily. If I put 7 books in a shulker box and break it, everyone in render distance is repeatedly kicked until the item despawns.
