Duplicating Anvils

Dropping an anvil from a height in which it may break/become damaged onto an end-portal block with any* solid block underneath it results in simultaneously damaging the anvil and sending it to the end, thus strangely placing one anvil as a block and creates another as an item. Anyways, I have no clue why anyone would even do this glitch, but hey, it's...somewhat game-breaking...

*I have only tested cobblestone, grass-blocks, and dirt which produces this glitch, and then turtle eggs which does not.
