i can't access you have premium servers

This morning I bought minecraft for the second time because I had encountered a problem that said to buy back premium minecraft even though I had already bought it.Today I went to buy it back and after I bought it I had access to everything but the premium servers. premium server? ... Do I have to buy it back?
