Incorrect subtitle displayed, upon placing wet sponges in the nether

The Bug:

An incorrect subtitle is displayed upon placing wet sponges in the nether.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Turn on subtitles. (Options > Accessibility Settings > Show Subtitles: ON).
• Go into the nether and place a wet sponge.
  →  Notice how upon doing this, the 'Fire extinguished' subtitle is displayed, despite no fire being extinguished.
