Sculk sensors are not activated by the motion of evoker fangs

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated by the motion of evoker fangs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a sculk sensor and summon some evoker fangs nearby by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:evoker_fangs ~ ~ ~

2. Watch the sculk sensor closely as the evoker fangs are summoned.
3. Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated by the motion of evoker fangs.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors aren't activated.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated.
