Constantly pressing CTRL bug

Hi, this error has been going on for about 2 weeks and I've been searching the internet for whole 2 weeks. But I haven't found any solutions. The character acts as like I'm constantly pressing and holding the CTRL key. I already checked my keyboard. I even try to use another keyboard that doesn't help at all. Hope you can help me.
