Sculk sensors are not activated upon anvils being broken through using them

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon anvils being broken through using them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a damaged anvil along with a sculk sensor nearby.
2. Combine any items using the anvil until it breaks, and watch the sculk sensor closely as this happens.
3. Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon anvils being broken through using them.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors aren't activated.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated.
