Wandering Trader has two hoods

The bug:

The Wandering Trader's texture features two hoods, which doesn't make any sense. It was probably a leftover from an older design.

Notes: This has been an issue since Village & Pillage, but I never thought of reporting it before. The same issue has also been reported for Bedrock (MCPE-112883).
