minecraft in 7fps

Hi guys, my minecraft runs at 7fps on all versions yet on the other games i'm at 120 fps, i know the problem is not from my computer and i have already tried to delete the files and the game to reinstall , but nothing worked. anyone know how i can fix this bug?
