Resource pack

I had a flatland world that i was making something in. this loaded fine in the default texture, and the faithful 32x32 resource pack. When trying it with the ravands 32x32 it crashed. I tried opening minecraft with the default, then turning ravands on, and it's only when ravands is on that is crashes. In the menu, ravands works fine, only when a map is opened.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply ravands
2. Open any world
3. bleh, dead
