At 9:34 am from Peru today I bought minecraft but it showed me an error when the payment was being made, the message that was displayed said to verify the data, it seemed strange to me I verified it and I saw that everything was fine then again Press to pay and acquire minecraft and again I got an error, I go to my account movements and I see that the two times I put pay were charged from my account.

 

please. I ask that they refund the value of the two operations because in none of them allowed me to acquire minecraft.
