connection lost internal exception java.io.ioexception

Hello, I'm playing minecraft and I always get "Connection lost internal exception java.io.ioexception" And i have tried to restart my Pc, and restarted the server, Restarted my internet but nothing works. Some times i can play for 1 hour but sometimes only just 30 sec, And then my game just crash. I'm atm playing on 1.8.9 with labymod
