Cant play online with mods

i have minecraft java edition, and i cant play online with mods, i downloaded technic launcher and it says ''This Mojang account has no purchased copies of Minecraft attached.'' and i tried it on other launchers and went just null, i dont know what to do.

what is the problem, how do i fix it
