Sculk sensors are not activated upon placing eyes of ender into end portal frames

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon placing eyes of ender into end portal frames.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain an eye of ender and place down an end portal frame along with a sculk sensor close to one another.
2. Place the eye of ender into the end portal frame and watch the sculk sensor closely as you do this.
3. Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon placing eyes of ender into end portal frames.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors aren't activated.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated.
