On startup of the game, lettering is messed up at title screen and in game

What I expected to happen was...:
Normal startup

What actually happened was...:
lettering on everything except for MINECRAFT title was messed up

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure. Closing and reopening the launcher doesn't help.
