The Axolotl will become very fast while on a lead

The Axolotl will become very fast while on a lead. The walking animation is not present during this bug. 

What I expected to happen was...:
The Axolotl would get dragged by the lead and the walking animation would speed up a little.

What actually happened was...:

The Axolotl runs around in circles around you without the walking animation at high speeds.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon an Axolotl using the bucket, command, or spawn egg
2. Right click the Axolotl with the lead
