Pufferfish don't defend themselves from axolotls

Once again, all in the summary. When mobs come close to them, pufferfish will inflate as a defense. They do not inflate when aquatic mobs come close, however. The reason why they don't defend themselves from a wild axolotl attack is because axolotls are classified as aquatic mobs. I recommend making a tag called #scares_pufferfish containing all mobs that pufferfish will defend themselves from.
