When picked up with a bucket and placed back down, axolotls get their NBT data cleared

The bug

When you pick up an axolotl with a bucket and place it back down, the axolotl doesn’t keep it’s variant as well as any other nbt data.

How to reproduce:

1. Summon an axolotl with NBT data
2. Pick it up with a bucket
3. Place it back down
—> the NBT data of the axolotl is reset entirely
