I expected to walk or swim through an area

What actually happened was...:
I got stuck and started vibrating

Steps to Reproduce:
Mine stuff in survival mode with a very fast tool (it helps to be under water since you can see the empty water spot)

Run/swim around and get stuck in a glitchy hitbox
