Dripping Dripstone stalactites do not create vibrations

When a dripstone stalactite drips, the act of the water droplet falling and splashing on the ground creates movement and should count as a vibration to the Sculk Sensor

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Surround a sculk sensor with pointed dripstone facing downwards
2. Wait for them to drip
3. Observe that the water dripping and landing does not create a vibration
