Minecraft Launcher Won't Load Login When I Open It

When I try to open my Minecraft launcher for the Java Edition, it loads for a second and then takes me to a blank screen. On this screen, if I hover over areas where I should be logging in and stuff, I can see where I should be typing and clicking, but there is nothing there but a blank screen. I tried all the basic trouble shooting stuff the website says to do, and I downloaded the Windows Media Feature Pack for May 2019, 1903. I also updated my Java. Please let me know if I am missing a step or if y'all can help!
