to walk through an area

What actually happened was...:
I get stuck, then I click randomly, then the Netherrack breaking particles appear, and a piece of netherrack drops.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Dig a lot of in the Nether

2. Randomly get stuck

3. mine the block you got stuck on.
