Hunger bar going down really fast (even while standing still) (1.12.2)

Lately, I've been playing RLcraft and I haven't had this problem since i started the world (so about 5 days in real life) and now whenever I'm standing still my hunger bar starts shaking and it completely depletes in a matter of seconds.
