Hello, I recently bought minecraft premium from you and when I enter premium servers of the hypixel type, I do not want to enter and the message appears as if I have a non-premium and the same with a skin when I enter a non-premium or singleplayer server, the skin is not visible, please answer because I would like to play with my friends and so far I have only lost money; (
