When changing to spectator mode using spyglass active works still in spectator mode

Steps to reproduce

By activating the spyglass with the right click and switching to spectator mode (F3 + N) STILL holding the right click you can use it while in spectator mode, but if you remove the right click you cannot.

(Note: only works when still holding right click, when stop holding disables and cannot activate spyglass in spectator mode)
