My inventory UI acts strange

This might be an issue with my computer in particular, but I hope that there's a fix for this. Whenever I try to craft something via my inventory rather than a crafting table, the product never shows up. If I reorganize items in my inventory, it'll act as if I never moved them, but the items look the way I reorganized them. This only happens when I'm near a container or a block tool or whatever you call it. I also can't stack items efficiently as they always seem to move into my mouse, then another spot in the inventory, and back as one. Unfortunately, due to this issue, I can't seem to use bundles. Is there any way I can fix this? Does it have something to do with my computer?
