Dripstone caves not generating anywhere in a world

I realize that this is only a snapshot but there seems to be a problem with the dripstone cave biomes, not generating. I would open a new world and do /locatebiome dripstone caves and it would say biome not found in the distance so I went from x 0 to 100000 going by 10000 increments and I found nothing. I did the same thing on the z-axis. I found nothing. I even went in between those two coordinates and found nothing.
