Update 1.6.1 Crashes when I try to open it.

Minecraft update 1.6.1 crashes when I try to open it.

I expected for the game to open as usual when I clicked "play" in the bottom right corner of the page that opens when "Minecraft.exe" is clicked.

What happened was that when I clicked "play" the game began to load, but after a few seconds opened a page saying that the game has crashed.
