Ok i used the command /effect on a multiplayer server i gave my self speed then after when i drink milk or kill myself or do /heal with essentials the effect does not go away .

Ok i used the command /effect on a multiplayer server i gave my self speed then after when i drink milk or kill myself or do /heal with essentials the effect does not go away . so please can you guys fix this
