Parity Issue - Dirt Path cannot be picked up with silk touch

On the bedrock edition, this is possible, and infact intended. I assume that since the old Grass Paths have been upgraded to dirt paths as of the 1.17 snapshots, so they would (and in my opinion SHOULD be classified as a new thing, as they are made differently now)

I do believe this would be a parity issue, Despite MC-106428,
