Placed heads disappear behind stained glass when the crosshairs point out of reach

When a head (e.g. Wither Skeleton Skull) is placed behind a stained glass block or pane, the parts which would be behind the stained glass disappear if the crosshairs are not targeting a block in the player's reach.
