Fly with sculk sensor and TNT

You dig three blocks towards the ground, then you dig 9 blocks forward, you put activated rails on the ground and put minecart with TNT on rail finally put sculk sensor near the rail and come to ground. Jump on the minecart with TNT. And you can fly, i am not sure for this is a bug
