Bell ringing event is not considered a vibration

The bug

The sound of bell ringing is not considered a vibration even though it’s a very loud noise and the block also has physical motion when rung.

How to reproduce

1. Place down a sculk sensor
2. Place down a bell
3. Ring the bell
   → The sensor does not activate

Note: The purpose of this ticket is that it either gets marked as WAI or fixed.
