Unused explosion_14 not found in-game

When explosion_14 not loaded. It may unused when you not see the function of explosion particles.

It keeps making explosion particle texture fast.

Steps to reproduce:

1. /give @p repeating_command_block
2. Get a lever in creative
3. Place a repeating command block
4. Put lever on atop of command block
5. Right click the command block and use this "/particle explosion ~ ~ ~"
6. Right click a lever and start look at the particle if you use the "TEST" resource pack.

 

Make your resource pack named "TEST" and make it non-transparent and see in-game and don't forgot to get a resource pack and load it.
