"Control" not work

As the title,

both sides of ctrl are not usable in this version

the problem include NBT copying, hotkeys which use ctrl and normal ctrl functions in windows(text copy and paste)

text copying, pasting and much more normal functions in windows are usable in other things like notepad and browser
