Client de-sync when you place a torch on a fence while leashing a mob

To Reproduce

1. Place down a fence.
2. Leash a mob.
3. Select a torch in your hotbar.
4. Try putting the torch on the fence.
5. The torch appeared and then disappeared rapidly, being replaced by the leash.
