Pointed dripstones cause extreme durability damage to helmets

The Bug

When a pointed dripstone falls on a player with a helmet, the helmet loses a lot of its durability.

How to reproduce

1. Put on a new netherite helmet
2. Go into survival mode
3. Stand centered on a block and run these commands in order:

   /setblock ~ ~30 ~ minecraft:dripstone_block
   /setblock ~ ~29 ~ minecraft:pointed_dripstone[vertical_direction=down]
   /setblock ~ ~30 ~ air
   

4. If you don't die, take a look at your helmet
   notice it took a great deal of damage
    if you tried a new leather helmet, it would break on first try
