Waterlogged dripstone does not update

Waterlogged dripstone don't update and flow when a block adjacent to it is destroyed

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a dripstone(pointing up) on the ground, and surround it with solid blocks
2. Waterlogg the dripstone by placing water on it
3. Destroy the blocks adjacent to it and watch the water not get updated
