Stalactites don't fall properly if there are blocks directly below it

When the block above a stalactite is broken, the stalactite will fall downwards. However, if there is a block directly below the end of the stalactite, the rest of the stalactite doesn't fall down, instead breaking immediately. This is inconsistent with the normal falling behavior of the stalactites
