Amethyst geodes can intersect dungeons and ocean monuments

The Bug:

Amethyst geodes can intersect dungeons and ocean monuments.

Here is an example with a dungeon:

Seed: -5727418268269636163
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @p 163283 44 164397 90 0

Here is an example with an ocean monument:

Seed: 1428380131082779128
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @p 47744 40 62443 -180 0

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
2. Look closely at the generation of the amethyst geode.
3. Take note as to whether or not amethyst geodes can intersect dungeons and ocean monuments.

Observed Behavior:

Amethyst geodes can intersect dungeons and ocean monuments.

Expected Behavior:

Amethyst geodes would not be able to intersect dungeons and ocean monuments.
